I'm struggling a bit right now with updating my blog. Way to much going on! But since I was able to take a long nap today, I'll probably be up for the night so what a great time to update. Problem is I forgot my camera at school, so you will have to settle for some tags that I need to get caught up on! I'm always one to pass on a tag, so I thought I'd better participate!

The first one is a tag from a former teaching partner, Julie, who is missed very much each day at school! But we are all glad ( and jealous) that she gets to stay home with her cute boys!

7 Weird Things about Me:

1. I have had pain in my right side for over a year, have had many tests including a CT scan and been to the doctor a lot lately. I think they have almost found the problem but I just need one more test!
2. I lost 5 toenails after I ran the marathon and I saved them. I also have been known to save warts after they have been burnt off and long finger nails that break. Makes for a good show and tell for the kids to take to school!:)
3. I am taking classes to become a librarian. I am a true nerd at heart!
4. I have a round birthmark on my left knee and when I was little a friend of mine told everyone it was my "Mars" mark because my middle name is Mar. It was very traumatizing!
5. I can put my tongue down my throat and also touch my nose with my tongue.
6. I played "I hope they call me on a Mission" on the piano in a bar when I was younger!
7. I didn't really like the Twilight series, but I like the movie a lot!

10 Years ago...

1. I had been married to Jake for 3 years.
2. We moved from Cedar City to St. George.
3. I worked at West Elementary teaching 1st grade.
4. I think I drove the red Maxima we bought from Chance.
5. We were managing apartments.


5 things on my TO DO list...

1. Clean the house to get ready for Thanksgiving.
2. Take down my Halloween stuff (yes, it's still up) and decide if I should bypass Thanksgiving decor and go straight to Christmas.
3. Watch Thursday's Grey's Anatomy that I missed.
4. Go grocery shopping.
5. Plan for school next week. Only 2 1/2 days!

5 Things I would do with 1 million dollars...

1. Invest it so I could quit working.
2. Go on a great Vacation.
3. Pay off our student loans.
4. Give my current house away to I could move to a 50 and younger neighborhood with my own backyard.
5. Save the rest!
